Leaving Lincoln for a little while

Calley and I took our last romp in the fields this afternoon. The cold weather (ten degrees Fahrenheit) and low angle of the sun created beautiful shadows. I'm heading west to Colorado and Oregon tomorrow to visit family. Stay tuned for views of the American West!

Where was my memo on this??!!

Still recovering from Ruthie thanking Donnie for HIS birthday call with no mention of MINE!

Because, Ru, I've called you on your birthday every year for...EVER!

Little envelopes for all arriving in the mail. Sorry, Barb, you won't get yours 'till you get home.

you already got your visit from little sis, in Fort Lee!
more to come and under more favorable circumstances. Dinner in NYC with Carrie and Martha in the new year!!!
As for my itinerary, I'm on to Ashland after Boulder. So many siblings, so little time.
(lucky me)

After all that cold and snowy weather, why not come to the sunny, warm part of the West while you're out here? Who needs snow?

PS: We are currently experiencing a high pressure system with record high temperatures into the 70s and beautifully sunny skies. Imagine!
